Let's go back to 2015. Félix is a student in political science and international law at the University of Sherbrooke, and his intuition leads him to consider a career in real estate brokerage. At that time, Félix already has several years of experience in customer service and is stimulated by business development.
He takes advantage of a return to his hometown, Trois-Rivières, to pursue his new ambitions. A meeting with the management of RE/MAX de Francheville convinces him to join the ranks of the Mauricie agency. Félix intends to leverage RE/MAX's reputation and puts in the necessary effort to rise as one of the top producers of his generation.
Come September 2019. The owner of the agency disrupts Félix's daily routine by offering him a partnership in the company. After careful consideration, Félix accepts the challenge and becomes a co-owner of RE/MAX de Francheville on August 1, 2020. He decides to stop practicing as a broker in the field to focus on his new role as a manager. He then brings a new vision to the agency, adapted to the needs and demands of today.
After nearly 3 years as a manager and owner, Félix starts to feel the call of the field again. He realizes that his greatest passion is conducting real estate transactions and helping people achieve all their projects. That's when he decides to sell the agency to return to his first love in real estate, that is, being a field broker! His commitment is to offer you the best in real estate brokerage in the country.

Working in the business field for over fifteen years, Claudia's passion and motivation have helped her develop her entrepreneurial spirit. When she entered the real estate industry in 2020, Claudia was enriched with experience and already had a fresh perspective on the profession. From the beginning, she managed to stand out through her professionalism, her ability to listen, and above all, her creativity. Her imagination and presentation ideas take your home to the next level. Claudia has a personality and flair that quickly attract customer trust. The experience gained from developing her three previous businesses bore fruit in the accomplishment of her work. Claudia's determination and perseverance played a significant role in her first year of real estate brokerage, and she realized that with these great qualities, she was opening the doors to a promising career. Each year, at a gala, the work of real estate brokers is highlighted, and to her great satisfaction, Claudia was awarded the distinction of Rookie of the Year for 2021. Claudia is the only real estate broker at RE/MAX de Francheville to have earned this title since the agency was founded more than 35 years ago.

Originally from Trois-Rivières, I passionately embarked on a career in real estate after successfully completing my professional training in Business Administration at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Now holding a bachelor's degree in the field, I’ve also acquired additional knowledge in related areas. Law, advertising, business management, marketing, and sales are all skills I’ve mastered, allowing me to guide and support you through every facet of a real estate transaction.
Before discovering the world of real estate, I began my career as a young professional working as a Sales Coordinator for a major telecommunications company. It was during this time that I realized a fixed and stable schedule wasn’t for me. I’m now more than happy to offer you my constant availability.

With over ten years of experience in notary services, she is familiar with the steps of a real estate transaction, commonly used terms, and the precision required to achieve optimal results and provide exceptional customer service.
During her youth, Karine distinguished herself within the Royal Canadian Air Cadets with her perseverance and dedication. She achieved the highest rank in the squadron, which granted her the privilege to lead a squadron for two years. Her objectives included mentoring cadets, promoting training on leadership, citizenship, loyalty, integrity, and several other valuable qualities, all while maintaining a fun environment and upholding military standards. This rewarding life experience contributed significantly to her personal and organizational development.

Communication and Marketing Coordinator
Passionate about creation and design from an early age, Marie-Ève Caron has been applying her expertise in graphic design and content management for over seven years. She brings all the right qualities to make a real difference within the La Haye & Lapointe real estate team, where she holds the position of Communications & Marketing Coordinator.
Drawing from her personal experience—having completed three real estate transactions with the team herself—she has a unique perspective on clients’ needs. This deep understanding allows her to offer personalized support that is both strategic and human, delivering truly tailored results.
With a background in fashion and social media management, Marie-Ève combines creativity, aesthetic sense, and technical expertise to enhance every project and elevate the team's brand image. Her dynamic approach and attention to detail ensure a smooth, enriching, and memorable client experience at every stage of the transaction.
